Orders

Submitting an order request creates no obligation on either side. A contract forms only when we confirm stock and you complete payment of the quoted USD total. Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates for convenience.

Payment

All orders are billed in US dollars through the payment link in your quote. We never ask for card details by email or direct message.

Product representations

Lengths are measured stretched. Bundle weights are stated true at 100 grams. Natural raw hair varies slightly between donors; minor variation in shade and wave pattern is normal and not a defect.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
